Our new baby!

So funny, The cat adoption team took this picture of Adam and I and our new baby Addison. It was like we were bringing home a baby. As we were walking out with are new little kitty everyone stoped us to take a look at the little guy. Adam was showing him off to all of the ladies like a proud papa. I know he is just a cat, but he sure is cute!

Welcome Addison Cottam

Let me introduce you to the newest member of the Cottam A-Team, Addison the cat! After about 2 years of thinking about it we finally adopted a cute little kitty! We went to a cat shelter in the area that was having a big adoption event on Saturday. There was about 100 kittens to choose from. They were all so cute, I wanted to take 10 home! Then we finally saw this cute little guy. His three brother had already been adopted so he was all alone in his cage looking sad. Adam got him out of the cage and and they became fast friends. There was no going back at that point. CAT (Cat Adoption Team), was great. They really wanted to make sure that all of the kittens were going to good homes. We even had are own adoption counseler to help us. She interviewed us to make sure we were the right fit, and gave us lots of information on how to take care of our new little friend! We are already totally in love with Addison. He has such a cute personality. I know we are going to have a lot of fun years with this little guy! And who knows if we can take care of a cat then we just might be able to take care of a baby someday! :-)

Happy Birthday Adam!

Happy Birthday Adam! My Sweet Husband turns 34 today! I am so happy to have Adam in my life! We have had so may wonderful adventures together over the years. He makes the journey fun and worthwhile! I can't imagine my life with out him! Love you, Sweetie!

I love this picture of Adam and I. I was taken when were were first dating in 2004. We just look so cute and in love! I want to always remember that time in our lives. Things seem to get so complicated sometimes, that you have to back to the basics. You love each other and always will, so everything else will work itself out!
