Day 2 Traveling

The gift shops in the Belgium airport were filled with yummy chocolates.

We flew from Philly to Brussels Belgium, then on to Malaga Spain.

The lack of sleep was getting to me but the excitement kept me going!

Brussels Belguim Airport.

With only getting a few hours of sleep on the flight over to Brussels, everyone was exhausted. I have a really hard time sleeping on planes so I did not get any sleep in a 48 hour period.

We finally made it to Spain! Our view from our room was amazing! Just in the distance is the Mediterranean Ocean.

Day 1 Philadelphia

Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love.

Adam walking past some typical brick row houses in Philly.

This horse and buggy nearly ran over Susie and I. Apparently stop signs don't pertain to horses!

We navigated our way through the Philly subway.

Lego Liberty bell in Philadelphia airport.

There were so many beautiful brick buildings in Philly.

Me sitting on the steps of independence hall.

Adam, Susie and Ken inside independence hall.

The long room, up stairs in independence hall.

The room where they signed the declaration of independence.

This chair was the hand made by Ben franklin. Ban franklin and George Washington actually sat there! (I think)

Adam infront of independence hall.

The Liberty Bell.

First stop Philadelphia.
On our way over to Spain, we are making a stop over in Philly! It will be a great chance to see some historical sites. I am excited to see some of the things I read about in text books growing up! The liberty bell, Independence hall and cute little guys dressed up like George Washington and Benjamin Franklin! :)

Rip Away 1000

Using rigged boxers and fabric fasteners to hold together some seams, Jared and Justin Serovich came up with the "Rip Away 1000," a pair of underwear that cannot be jerked up to give its wearer a painful "wedgie."
"When the person tries to grab you — like the bully or the person tries to give you a wedgie — they just rip away," Justin explained.
I have heard of Adam talking about the atomic wedgie (When one is still in underwear and someone pulls up on the waistband and tries to pull it over the receivers head) and these would of been very useful! So Funny!

Salt Works

I just love it when I find a good deal. I went over to Nordstroms Rack today and I hit the jackpot! This lovely pair of jeans was regularly $180.00 and I got them for $25.00. Salt Works jeans are amazing! They have the perfect fit for a girl with curves!
