Rock climbing

This last week Adam and I went rock climbing with some friends. Since this was the first time I had gone in about three years I was a little rusty. Adam on the other hand was looking like spiderman on the wall. We went with two other guys Adam knows and one is in a wheel chair. He was still out there climbing the wall with sheer upper body strength, it was really inspiring. I think we are going to have to make this a regular activity.
