Hiking in Hawaii

Ok, so we didn't go to Hawaii, but it sure look like it! We were hiking in the Gorge, by Multnomah Falls.

Fairy Falls.

At Counsel Crest.
Anna is our little singer! Here she is bursting into song. So cute!
So lush and beautiful! Living in Portland really ruins the whole Hawaii experience. Waterfalls and lush green plants, yea we have that in Portland.

Need I say more! So beautiful! I feel so lucky to live in such an amazing place!

Anna's first zoo trip.

Our little happy family.

One of my favorite animals at the zoo is the polar bears. When we went by the exhibit those rascally polar bears were sleeping. I guess we will just have to go back soon.
Only a think piece of glass between us and this guy. Yikes!

My favorite picture of the trip! I love it when my little bug stares up at her Mama! Pure love!~

We had to keep our buggy out of the sun! We might of gone a little overboard with the glasses, but she sure looks cute!!
So many new thing can make a little girl sleepy! Lucky she had her Daddy to take care of a sleepy baby!

There she blows, Mt St Helens

There she is beautiful Mt St Helens. Sam, Jessica, Adam and I set out on Saturday to go see the blast zone from the 1980 volcanic eruption. We drove for may miles but were stoped by a road block. part of a road had been washed out and this is as close as we got. I guess we will have to come back another day!

Japanese Gardens

A good place to get in touch with your inner chi! The Japanese Gardens are a wonderful place to go visit! This Saturday Adam and I, along with his parent Susie & Ken, and brother and his girlfriend Sam & Jessica, went to the beautiful Japaneses Gardens. I have lived in Portland for the last seven years and this was the first time I made it out. I should of done this years ago! According to the brochure this is the most beautiful and authentic Japanese garden in the world outside of Japan.

Boys will be boys! Sam can't resist a little brotherly torture!

The Heavenly waterfall was my favorite!
